Brian Quaca, better known as “Pig Man”, took time out of his busy schedule chasing those pesky pokers to harvest this nice nilgai bull. This South Texas bull was aged at 5 years old.
Brian, along with his father, Tom “Dapper” Quaca, host the popular outdoor tv show “Leoupold’s Pigman: The Series”. First airing in 2009, the fast paced, harcore hog-slaying hunting show has quickly developed a cult-like following from hog hunting lovers everywhere.

A few weeks ago we shared the news that our friends at TNT Outdoor Explosion TV would be traveling to The Double R Ranch in Junction, Tx to pursue and film a trophy axis hunt. Well, we just received the pictures from a successful hunt! TNT’s host, Todd Cast, was able to connect on this beautiful 29″ axis buck last Friday evening. Todd told us that he and the crew had a great time with Blake Revels at his Hill Country Double R Ranch.
Another hunter in camp was also chasing a big Texas dall ram. After a missed opportunity early in the hunt, he was able to take down a 33.5″ ram on the final day of the hunt. Look for both of these hunts to be featured on the TNT Outdoors TV show next season.

Carol O'Day w/ her 2010 nilgai bull
Some of you may know her as the “American Huntress,” from a television show that she appeared on at Sportsman Channel for two years. Others might know her as the president of MG Arms Inc., a small independent Texas-based business, best known for manufacturing custom “MGA Ultra-Light” rifles, the “DragonFly” revolver and the “K-Yote Varmint System”. MG Arms also performs general gunsmithing and customizing of personal firearms.
We had the pleasure of meeting Carol at the Texas Trophy Hunters Extravaganza in Houston, Tx. She was lending a hand at the Houston Safari Club booth helping promote a great organization. As promised (ok, we begged a little), Carol was nice enough to pass along a few of her exotic trophy pics to share with you guys!
